Has 11 years of real estate investing experience and 17 years of experience in large-scale construction, operations, and asset management, he brings deep expertise in value-add projects—from purchase and rehab to operation and sale.
Terry will be presenting a Commercial Deal.
Michael Jones
Has joined Total Wealth Academy in June and brings years of experience in real estate investing. Michael now owns 3 rental properties and and has done 2 flips.
His journey began when he discovered a home for sale in Granite Shoals, which led to his first single-family investment and ignited his passion for real estate.
