This intense all-day Saturday class covers case studies of wholesaling, flipping, single-family rentals and apartment/commercial deals. It also covers the 30 principles that the coaches and members of TWA use to run their families and businesses. You will learn exactly how to build wealth and passive income with real estate with the map that works and by setting your goals with a deadline. You will also leave knowing how to maintain the life you want through family, fitness, charity and all the other parts of a balanced life.
Unlimited Question And Answer With The Wealth Coaches At TWA
Upon graduation from the Wealth Mastery Class, the wealth coaches will answer your questions on anything that you need to know. Just getting started, or in the middle of a deal? Pick up the phone or send an email and a coach will guide you until you know what you are doing. No matter how many questions you have, we will help.
Deal Spotlight Night
This is an educational and networking event designed to motivate and encourage you to take action on your life and wealth goals. Steve will spend the first 30 minutes on a quality of lifestyle issue such as family, romance, fitness, cash flow or something the members have requested. We will then have two members come up and present case studies on their most recent deals, with one in single-family and the other in multi-family/commercial. You will see everything from flip houses to 500-unit apartment complexes.
Online Video Academy
Over 80 hours of pure educational content on all parts of real estate investing. This includes full course suites on wholesaling, flipping, single-family rentals, apartment/commercial investing, and more. After taking the Wealth Mastery Class, use these videos to cement your knowledge on the real estate path you are pursuing. Additionally, all of our live events are recorded and then added to the online video academy, so you never have to miss an event.
Vendor And Resources List
We have built the team you need. We have everyone from attorneys, general contractors, hard money lenders, conventional lenders, tax professionals, and 1031 tax exchange specialists. You also have access to all the forms and resources needed to complete a deal, from start to finish.
Kids/Teens Workshop
This class will teach your children the financial principles that are not taught in our schools and colleges, giving them a huge financial advantage. It will include an in-depth study of "The Richest Man in Babylon" by George Clason, which we believe is the most important book on wealth ever written. This section is taught by Steve's son Trevor, who graduated college with 11 rent houses and almost $4000 a month in semi-passive income.
Family Membership
